Our kitchen and bakery are completely gluten-free.
The only gluten in the building is in a few cans of traditional beer at the bar. We offer gluten-free and gluten-reduced beers as well.
We also have some whiskies and other grain alcohols which are distilled and technically free of gluten but may be unsuitable for those with severe sensitivity.
Many of our wines are steel-cask-aged but some are oak-aged and also may be unsuitable for those with severe sensitivity.

GFFS works with experts in food preparation to develop, educate, and train service establishments to meet and adhere to the highest gluten-free standards.

What is a gluten-free diet?
